All About Your Appointment
Appointments:
- Due to high demand and our commitment to a personalized experience, services are now strictly by appointment. We encourage booking your appointment online but you may message us on WhatsApp to secure your desired time. Thank You for your continued support.
- Appointments are a minimum of 30 minutes and are for one (1) patron and a maximum of three (3) additional guests
- Canceled appointment times are made available to our waiting list clients on a first come basis. If you can't secure your preferred time slot, do ask to join the list.
During Your Appointment:
- Kindly refrain from bringing food or beverages into the Atelier
- Please avoid wearing makeup, bronzer, heavy oils or scents as these can transfer onto the gowns , fabrics, etc.
- Be sure to bring a preferred method of payment — COD or checks are not accepted
Appointment Experience:
To help maintain a relaxed atmosphere that focuses on you, we kindly recommend that children under 10 not attend appointments. Our space features delicate gowns and small accessories like pins, scissors, buttons and beading that may not be safe for little ones. Appointments also run up to 45 minutes plus, which can be a long time for young children. We appreciate your understanding. Please see our Policy page here.
