Appointment Policy

Atelier Etiquette – A Few Friendly Reminders


To help us provide the best possible service and preserve the beauty of our gowns, we kindly ask that you keep the following in mind during your appointment:


  • No Outside Food or Beverages
    To protect our gowns and maintain a clean, luxurious space, we ask that guests refrain from bringing food or drinks into the atelier.
  • No Makeup on the Bride
    We kindly request that brides avoid wearing foundation, bronzer, or other heavy makeup during fittings, as these products can easily transfer onto our delicate fabrics.
  • Payment Method
    Please arrive with a secure method of payment. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and OPay. Kindly note that cash, checks, and C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) are not accepted.


Bridal Appointment & Walk-in Appointment Guest Policy:

At our atelier, we are committed to providing a focused, enjoyable and luxurious experience for every bride.

To help maintain a relaxed, distraction-free environment, we kindly recommend that children under the age of 10 not attend bridal appointments. Our boutique is intimate and filled with delicate gowns, accessories, and equipment such as machines, pins, scissors and sharp tools that may not be safe for little ones. Additionally, appointments typically last up to 90 minutes, which can be a long time for young children to remain engaged.


Each bride is welcome to bring up to three guests, including any children over the age of 10. If childcare is unavailable, we completely understand and are happy to help you reschedule for a more convenient time.

If having a child attend your appointment is important to you, we ask that they remain under adult supervision at all times—for their safety and out of consideration for the experience of other brides.

In the event that a child becomes disruptive, we reserve the right to end the appointment early and invite you to reschedule.

No Holds, All Sales Final:
Our items are final sale. There is no pressure to buy, but please visit when you are ready to commit to a dress since we cannot hold gowns. We have a limited refund policy and a no return or exchanges policy. All sales are final.


Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and plans may need to change. To ensure the best possible experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you notify us of any appointment changes in advance.


  • Rescheduling:
    If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your slot to someone on our waitlist and help you find a new time that works best for you.


  • Cancellations:
    Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed entirely—may be subject to a cancellation fee or require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.


  • Running Late?
    If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but in some cases, we may need to shorten your session or reschedule.  Your time is precious—and so is ours. These policies help us maintain a smooth, relaxed and      respectful experience for every guest we serve.
